Sushi bars, wet fish..
Monday, October 30th, 2006We have moved to London. Was the last place i thought we’d end up to be honest, but its all quite exciting at the moment.
Strictly speaking, we are in Watford, not London. We have friends here, and it seemed like a much better idea being slightly out of the city and nearer countryside.
Ollie has got a good job working in Camden as a Learning and Development Assistant Manager - first day today - while I am trying to enjoy being unemployed. Having taken the last 3 years off work to go back to school means that I am itching to start work again, and keen on putting into practice all I’ve just learnt at uni. It also means I’m completely broke with a huge student loan to pay off…
So I have started the jobhunting process again, this time in London (the previous attempt only included South Wales and Bristol). If you know of anyone who might be looking for a recently graduated software developer in the Watford or London area, and could point them in my direction, it would be very appreciated!
